Responsibilities:
Properly qualify inbound leads
Make outbound calls to prospective customers
Actively listen and understand customers’ needs to properly overcome objections
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress in a CRM system
Close sales and achieve or exceed monthly sales quota
Virtual presentations to customers
Consistent follow-up
Requirements:
High School Diploma
College Degree preferred
Experience in a closing sales position
Positive attitude: A positive attitude and confident demeanor
Self-motivation: A successful phone salesperson is driven to reach and exceed sales targets
Strong Communication skills: The ability to communicate with customers clearly and effectively over the phone is crucial in this role
Persuasion and negotiation skills: An ideal candidate should be able to effectively persuade and negotiate with customers to close sales
Adaptability: The ability to adapt to changing customer needs, trends, and customer offerings is important in this role
Performance-driven mindset: The ideal candidate should have a track record of achieving sales goals and be motivated by results
