About the Role

As a Utility Field Agent, you will assist in providing on-site roof inspections, attending meetings, and assisting our virtual sales department in the field. Your primary goal will be to work in unison with our Virtual Sales reps to efficiently assist homeowners with their roof replacement. This role is great for someone who was previously an adjuster, or in a similar role. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough roof inspections to assess potential damage

  • Accurately document and photograph the condition of the roof, noting areas of concern.

  • Clearly communicate inspection findings to virtual sales representatives, or insurance adjusters

  • Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to make sure scheduled tasks are completed.

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the company’s values of transparency, integrity, and quality service.

  • Stay updated on roofing industry standards, materials, and technologies to better assist homeowners.

Requirements

  • Outgoing personality

  • Sales minded with the ability to continuously represent the company, and our homeowners. 

  • Basic computer and internet skills

  • Ability to use a smartphone

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

  • Valid Driver’s license 

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to lift 55 pounds

  • Ability to work in various weather conditions

  • Ability to climb on and inspect roofs

  • Must be able to pass an extensive background check, and MVR 

  • Must have reliable transportation to and from work

  • 100% travel optional

  • High School Degree or equivalent
